The story
Brief to handover.
The idea
From the street, the house is defined by a copper-toned frame that wraps its upper floors and a perforated screen panel in the middle — warm, solid and easy to recognise.
Inside
The main floor opens living, dining and kitchen into one space, with a breakfast counter and full-height crockery units. Each bedroom has its own feature wall — an arched back-lit headboard, fluted timber, or a chevron pattern — all within one calm palette of stone, timber and soft grey.
One team
Because the architecture and the interiors came from the same drawings, details like ceiling lights, wardrobes and media walls were resolved before the walls went up.
From line to life
Every stage, one team.
