The story
Brief to handover.
The idea
One long, low hall under a roof that folds down to the ground at the entrance — a strong, simple shape that reads from far across the open fields. A taller hotel block stands beside it.
The plan
The main hall seats 1000, with a stage, two green rooms and dressing areas. A separate dining hall, kitchens and live counters sit alongside, so events and dining run side by side without crossing.
Where it stands
The structure of both the hall and the hotel block is up on site, and work continues towards completion.
